Makes: approx 16 tea sandwiches Prep Time: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 package PVP Classic or Curry Chick’n Salad Meatless Mix
½ cup vegan mayonnaise
8 slices of thin white or wheat bread
Optional: diced celery, sliced grapes, raisins, slivers almonds…
Thinly sliced tomato, sliced cucumber.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare Classic or Curry Chick’n Salad Mix according to instructions on package.
- Take 8 slices of bread and cut off the crust.
- Spread about ¼ cup of Chick’n Salad on one slice of bread and top with another slice.
- Cut into 4 squares or 4 triangles…or both. Mix it up, a bit! ;)
